Q: How do I get a refund on icloud upgrade to 20 gbs when I recently upgraded to 10 gbs?

I recently upgraded my iCloud storage. First from free 5 GB to 10 GB.  When that wasn't enough within a few days I upgraded again to 25GB. Since they are 1 yr  subscriptions and I paid first for 10 then 25 literally 2 days later, How do I get a refund on the first 10?

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3

How much storage does your iCloud settings pane show? Do you have 25GB or 35GB? What actual charge was placed on your card the second time?

If you don't have a match between what you've been charged and what you have, you may be able to quert this using http://expresslane.apple.com - Click on 'More products and services', then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.

In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page.
