Movies from iPod to iTunes

Hey,

I have a question :) i have Movies in my iPod but they are not in iTunes so how can i change this?

iPod touch (3rd generation), iOS 5.1.1

iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer

If they were purchased from iTunes:

iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer

In iTunes 11 use Control+B to show the Menu bar then go to iTunes>File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
