Cant connect to my ethernet on apple tv

My apple tv software 5.2.1 will not connect to my ethernet wired connection.

I can connect only through my wifi,

I would like to use wired ethernet but it doesnt detect it or allow me to change to a wired connection and I cant even turn off the wifi.

I dont think it is firewall issue on the router because the wifi works and I can see the apple tv in the router.

I have a verizon fios router.
