Need help

I moved my iTunes account to my new laptop. I followed all the iTunes Support direction, but when I got to step 6 (Open iTunes) the only thing there was music I purchased. Where is the rest of my music, playlists, etc.



Any help would be appreciated. Not a big fan of Apple Support. Always a pain to do anything..............

Hi, Me again. I got everything moved, first from my PC to an external hard drive then to my laptop. All songs were there as well as all the playlists, etc. The songs won't play on my old PC or my laptop. Unfortunately, I synced my iPod before I checked to see if the songs would play, and it wiped out everything.

When I double-clicked a song, it said, " The song, could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?" When I click- Locate, and it has all these different locations. I selected - Music- Itunes. The songs are there but they still don't play. I must be Apple challenged or something.
