i can't automatically upload picture like i used to do when i connected my iphone or camera to my computer.
I think that i probably delete an application while i was empty the trash as since i delete couples of things my iphoto app isn't working since.
Can please,help me to find a solution.

Well certainly deleting things can cause all kinds of problems - with out knowing exactly what you did and what is happening there is no way to even guess about a solution

The version of iphoto i have is Mac OS X version 10.6.8( MacbookAir).

That is Probably the version of your Operating System - MacOS X.
The iPhoto version you'll see, when you go to iPhoto's main menu bar and use the command
iPhoto > About iPhoto.
What do you see there?

Upload to where? If you're referring to Face Book there's a problem with iPhoto 9 and Face Book that was fixed with the latest iPhoto update, 9.4.3. However, you will need the 10.7.4 or later version of the system to run iPhoto 9.4.3.
The workaround that most users use is to export the photos to the Desktop via the File ➙ Export ➙ File Export menu and upload to FB with their browser.

Its not a facebook issue but iphoto issue as if i want to add an image to iphoto,it doesn't work .
Im wondering if it's due to my version of iphoto?
and,then i connected my iphone to my computer,i can't either import photo like i used to do.
the same with a camera
Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library

i tried but it doesnt change anything .
plus and i try rebuild iphoto its just show iphoto in charging process.

It just keeps on loading and loading and endless loading. It is just a black page with the spinning loading icon in the middle.
which re-build options(s) do you use?

I tried all of them one by one and i only get the spining loading icon
Then if you have disk space you need to use the iPhoto Library Manager - http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/ - rebuild - it creates a totally new library so you can use it or go back to the original one if the results are not good

Since you have iPhoto '11 version 9.2.3, an older version which has been around for a long time - probabaly over a year - I'm not clear on what this means either
