Unix Executable File - Video from OS 10.0

Hi all,

I recently stumbled upon a treasure trove of old zip disks and started digging through years of nostalgia. I did, however, find some old files that I'm quite interested in retreiving. They're currently displaying as "Unix Executable File" from August 2001, but were originally video output from Flash 5, so there can only be so many options. I've tried .avi, .mov. and .mpeg. I got file errors for everything except .mpeg for which I got no video and stuttering audio.

Any ideas on how I might open or recover these files? It would be tremendous. Thank you in advance.
