I cleaned my MBPr with a dry cloth with alcohol, not knowing that it's not recommended (ive cleaned all my screens before without issue like this), and now i'm getting white tiny vertical lines across the entire screen, did i just break my screen?

If your screen is scratched, then yes it's damaged. Are the white lines smudges? Have you tried using water to remove the white lines w/a lint free cloth? Can you post a pic?
no, its not dirt lines, nor smudges or anything i can fix with water or by cleaning, its the actual display, its the actual pixels, i get straight perfect vertical lines of equal distance across the entire screen like this:
The Photo may not really show you how bad it is, but it is very distinct, it is very noticeable
You are still under warranty. Your best bet would be to call AppleCare. Only an expert after an examination of your MBP will be able to confirm if the problem is alcohol related or not. Wait a minute, that didn't come out right... Well, you know what I mean. 🙂
I have the same issue, white vertical lines on the right side and middle. I tried AHT and the result is no problem in hardware. so what caused the white lines?

Wrong, that doesnt mean anything.
AHT cannot diagnose a break in signal continuity on the monitor cable or a fault at logic board of said connection OR the monitor itself.
8 times out of 10 your issue is hardware, ...make Appt. with Apple for service / diaggnostics. 😊
I suggest that you also turn the machine off and examine the screen very closely. Make sure you didn't apply too much preasure when cleaning and crack a portion of the screen. It is possible that you have physically damaged the screen and that you need to look real close in the correct lighting to see it.
