merge 2 iCloud accounts

my kids are getting older and want to have their own icloud account. how do i remove their email from my account. i can delete the email address from the device but the email address is still associated with my account (and my email address) on the iCloud servers.

iCloud-OTHER, iOS 6.1.3, merege 2 icloud accounts

Unfortunately you cannot remove an existing email address (alias) from your account and create new accounts with them. So you would have to create entirely new accounts for your kids (with new usernames/email addresses) in "Settings > iCloud.
