The instructions are in the message you received. I those instructions are too complicated I will try to simplify them:

  • Find a computing device somewhere (Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, android phone, Chromebook, etc)
  • turn it on if it is off and wait for it to start up
  • log in to the computer
  • find a web browser on the computer and launch it
  • enter the following into the address bar at the top: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
  • press ENTER
  • Follow the instructions displayed on the screen

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.

See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

See also Use Restrictions to prevent purchasing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

  • If there is no evidence of a charge on either your iTunes or bank/credit card accounts this is likely to be a phishing exercise which you should ignore.
  • If there is a charge shown under your iTunes store account and it relates to misuse of your Apple ID then you need to start a conversation with iTunes Store support to get it cancelled and refunded, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication if at all possible.
  • If it isn't connected to your own Apple ID but funds have gone from your bank or credit card account that purport to be from iTunes then the account has been compromised and you need to deal directly with your financial institution.

You should take a look at the TOU which you can find the link for just below (Apple Support Communities Terms of Use). It appears that you receive some compensation for your website, and if that is the case, then you are required to state that whenever you post a link to it.

Also, it is really important that you are aware of the dates of the posts you are responding to. Just so you know, when we see spammers, oftentimes they are posting links on threads (or to posts) that are, literally, years old. So, just try to respond to current threads. In the case of this thread, it is 80 pages long, and there is only one solution for the issue being asked, and that is to contact iTunes Support as the error message directs. That solution has been mentioned multiple times on each of all 80 pages. And all of the recommendations on your link, for this issue, are pointless. When a user receives a message telling them to go to iTunes Support, then we on the Community tell them to go to iTunes Support. We are not able to help them in this situation. They need to follow the instructions that they have been clearly given by the message they have received.

Your website also has the following:

Applenerds provide latest Apple news, reviews, editorials, jailbreak information, as well as guides and tutorials about the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Apple Watch, and just about everything Apple.

As you probably know, jailbreaking will void your warranty, and Apple will not have anything to do with a device that has been jailbroken, so having that as part of your profile is also against the TOU of this forum. Here is what Apple says about jailbreaking: APPLE'S JAILBREAK WARNING

One of the links you provided was for "App of the Day". However, not any of the apps that were listed were iOS App Store apps. One of the biggest problems users who come here have are caused by downloading apps directly from the internet. As Community Support members, we highly discourage anyone from doing that on an iOS device. It's just asking for problems.

News, tips, information, tutorials, are all good things to have on your site. But if you want to direct people to it when you are posting on this forum, it is really important that you are aware of the TOU and of the general guidelines that we try to provide for folks to help them keep their devices working the way they want them to.

Sorry if I misread your intentions. It's just that there were a lot of red flags there (jailbreaking, non-App Store apps, and complicated steps which really wouldn't help in a situation where the only solution is to contact Apple directly), so it appeared to be what we typically see as spam.

Good luck with your site!

Best of luck,

GB

We are fellow users, if you want help from us you have to provide details. Why can't you log into iCloud, what happens ? If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

Why are you all getting ready to lose my photos?

?

Why are you not answering my pleas!

If you've contacted iTunes Support, and if it was more than 48 hours ago and you haven't had a reply from them, contact them again

'Why' what ? If you mean why you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then obviously, as we are fellow users, we won't know what it is about your account that's causing the message to show.

Can you give to call that a phone number?

If you mean is there a phone number to contact iTunes Support on then no, there isn't, you can contact them via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
