Very unsatisfying start with Apple. The brand new iphone 6s plus 128gb is useless without the ability to purchase required apps.

Hopefully, the problem won't come up again....

Dec 14, 2015 7:58 AM in response to King_Penguinby Helpfulapplelover,Contact iiTunes billing and verify your billing information on your device in settings > iTunes and app stores> select the apple id and you will see a drop down box to >View the account> make sure that your credit card and address info is up to date along with the CVV code and the Mr, Ms, etc.
Try the purchase again - if that does not work contact iTunes Billing and they should be able to clear up any delayed holds on the account.

iTunesNobody on here can fix it, we are all fellow users, you need to do as the message says and contact iTunes Support via the URL in the message.
