ive done this and its still unresponsive x

I changed my front screen and LCD last night and it went well.

I turned the phone on afterwards and was using it.

It then went dead. So i put on charge and now it wont charge up!

it comes up the red bolt and the charger sign. (like a spanner) but doesnt charge.

HELP PLZ
