I tried to open my garageband songs in pro logic. It keeps failing. the messge says. "pro logic cannot load this song because it was created by a newer version of pro logic." then it says to update pro logic. the message was confusing. the songs were created by garageband, not pro logic. has anyone had a problem like this? how did you overcome it?

do you have the latest version of Logic (v9.1.8)? older versions won't be able to open projects from the current version of GB
Myself I take the GB project ... closed icon and drag in into/on to the the closed Logic icon . It then opens up.
Works for Logic Express or Logic Pro. L P v(9.1.7 ) is what I have.
