My Apple TV photostream is showing photos which I lost.

My HD crashed and I lost about 200 photos. They don't appear anywhere on icloud (iphone, ipad) but they do show up on my AppleTV photostream. I'd love to retrieve them and get them back into my iPhoto library on my new MacBook Pro. Any ideas?
