Yes of course it will run on Mountain Lion. But as you will be partitioning your hard drive, when you use windows on that partition not Mountain lion. I hope that makes sense.

Navigate to Applications>Utilities>Boot Camp Assistant (on your Mac) Open the assistant and print and read the Boot Camp Directios. (It's on page 1)

You need to buy a copy of Windows, and if your Macbook Pro has a DVD drive you must use a DVD, not an ISO.

Try the Microsoft Store, or maybe Amazon.
