Just found ipod nano 3rd gen and the previous/rewind button doesn't work. It won't send me back to previous pages. I've tried to reset it but it doesn't even work! Please help!

If none of the buttons work, be sure to check the Hold switch to make sure it is not ON.
Im stuck at the search thingy at the moment. The circle wheel works and its not locked. But thank you 🙂
The buttons that do not work when pressed may simply be broken. If Menu is broken, you won't be able to do a Reset.
If it shows up in iTunes, you can try doing a Restore. That will erase the iPod and fix any software-related problem, but it won't help with a hardware-related problem.
