Compressor 3 - best settings for Blu Ray File

I just made a large H264 for Blu Ray file that Encore CS 4 seems to hang when attempting to Import as an asset. I used the Compressor defaults for the Blu Ray video. Perhaps they are too high? Would someone be able to share some settings that worked for them? Many Thanks.
