Crazy Console messages

I've been having this same problem for months. For whatever reason when I check my console I get the message "com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[171] (com.wacom.pentablet): Throttling respawn: Will start in 2 seconds" every 2 seconds. I've updated my wacom drivers 2 or 3 times with no change. Is this even something to be worried about? It keeps my screensaver from turning on and it doesn't go to sleep on its own anymore.

also every 10 seconds I get this message "com.apple.launchd[1] (com.x3.x3daemon): Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds"

?? what is this trottling thing?

I have a mac pro and I'm running mountain lion.
