I bought my son the 4S, and I would like to sell his iPod. I've synced both to his iTunes, but not all of the games transferred. The music and photos were fine. Any thoughts? Are some games compatible with the iPod and not the iPhone?

Thanks for the quick answer IIIaass, but no. It didn't even transfer over the game icons. Some zombie stuff that I don't think matters, but it matters to him. :/
For the games w/o data what happens when you try to redownload them directly to the iPhone by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
