how can i unlock my ipad

hello,

I have a problem.

My cousin has blocked my ipad.

Now the ipad ask to link it to Itunes.

But if I connect it appears a message that will delete all data if I restore him.

And because I've never connected the ipad to itunes or icloud will lose all my data.

All my important documents and photos are stored on my iPad!

I don't want to lose them.

Is it possible to unlock the ipad and save the data?

Maybe Apple in Callifornia or something.....

Please help me find a solution.
