i just bought a ipad mini from walmart,and now i want exchange to ipad 4, can i do that at apple store or i need go back to walmart
With Apple, if you return within 14 days you can get a refund. Don't know what Walmart's return policy is. Then you could buy the iPad 4

uhh, i just want exchange it, i know i can do that at apple sore,it does't care when i bought it, all i need just turn in less money and get a ipad 4:)

You can't exchange it at the Apple store.l You have to get the refund first and then purchase the iPad 4.

Trying to get a better answer than "return it to WalMart while you still can", you should go now to return it. OR As soon as WalMart customer service desk opens tomorrow.
I apologize for how that sounds, but time and WalMart's return policy are your enemies right now.
