How to disable the help key?

Hi and thanks in advance for your help.

I have a MBP which I use with an old Dell keyboard I had. Whenever I use Word 2011 on my MBP, I like to use the delete key. However, it is very close to the Insert key (on the keyboard), which I understand to be the Help key on the MBP. Whenever I press the insert (help) key by mistake instead of the delete key, the word help center opens up over my text which is very annoying.

Do you know of any way to either disable the insert (help) key?
