I had changed my region info to use up the itune gift card and i have yet remaining $0.02 to use before i can switch back to my old region. What way that i suppose to use for spend or clear up the balance?

You can try contacting iTunes support and ask if they can remove the balance from your account for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

There does not have any Purchases, nor billing and redemption shown in the webpage..
When I go to that 'contact' screen, on the right-hand side I get :
clicking on the 'contact' link on that page I then get a screen with :
Do you not get the first screen or the screen ?
Then? it's at the left side of my screen and i have different screen with you.. im from malaysia.
What options do you see ?
