my PC windows7 does not connect to ipad mini

hi,

I'm trying to connect my new ipad mini to a Win7 PC via USB2

but it does not work! Win7 can see an ipad mini connected to USB but Ifunbox,

Idevice manager and Itunes does not see the device..

what can I do?

I would uninstall itunes and reinstall it

and make sure all the apple services were running correctly
