no, alqaysae-bh, I don't think so. Apple makes the computer, but doesn't make the hard drive. Pretty much any SATA 3 hard drive will work if that helps you out

Apple use to a long time ago have Apple logo etc. It is a NON ISSUE.
There never was a Mac Pro G5. There were PowerMac G5, and then there was Intel Inside Mac Pro that came out August 2006 onward.
