What does it mean when iTunes said a something like this device is already Associated with a iTunes account and will be something 90 days? Will I get in trouble? All I'm trying to do is get some songs my neighbor let me buy on her account and Im trying to transfer them to my phone which has a different apple ID account. Please help and would be much appreciated

When you use iTunes Match, automatic downloads or re-download past purchases then that device or computer will be tied to that account for 90 days, and you won't be able to switch to another account on that device or computer until those 90 days are over.

Associating a device to an iTunes account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

Note: Removing a device from your Apple ID does not override the 90 day timer. The timer must complete 90 days from the day the device was associated before it can be associated to another Apple ID.
