my apple id has been disabled

my apple id will not allow me to update nor download any apps. it says " The Apple ID has been disabled" ive changed my password, ive reset the phone and the setting and changed all the passwords on the phone to match the new one. Please help. Now since ive rest everything my iphone will not allow any of the apps to download on my phone.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

resetting your phone won't solve this, this is clearly a case for the iTunes store support, and possibly the AppleCare Account Security Team.


first:


1. Go to expresslane.apple.com

2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store'

3. select a topic and a subject

4. click 'continue' and then 'email'

5. fill out the form and explain your situation

6. they will respond within 24 hours usually, it's possible they will also refer you to the security team
