My Grandson is trying to redeem an Apple Store email Gift Card, but their hard drive broke before it could be redeemed. The email sent by the Apple Store was lost when the hard drive failed. What needs to be done to redeem his gift card? Thank you. Zack

If the Gift Card is not yet been redeemed, you can still redeem it using an iOS device or another computer. Just follow the instructions on this article:

Thank you for your quick reply to my grandson's problem. My grandson's problem, he does not have the code? The code was on an email and it went down with the broken hard drive. The email was lost before he could redeem the gift card.
