ATI 9600 Radeon Pro video card screen zoom locked

Was doing some brushing and the desktop screen zoomed up a few percent, just outside the screen. It now moves opposite of the mouse. Seems it is stuck this way. I think this is the 2nd card on the machine. Does anyone know of a fix, or is it time for a new video card....which would be #3...
