I have the season pass to Doctor Who season 7 part 2 and just downloaded Hide, but the audio is VERY messed up. How can this be fixed?

Tell iTunes store support if ithis is an isolated problem - they may need to re-encode the file if it's wrong.
I've tried that and no matter what I get bounced to the "make an appointment" method, isn't there a way to just send a message to them?
I have the same problem. It is only the "Hide" episode. It downloaded fine on my iPad and has no audio problem but the Apple TV will not play the audio without the load hiss thru the whole program. It also will not air play it with the good audio from the iPad.
I deleted it, then emptied my trash can/recycle bin, closed iTunes (completely closed it), and re-opened, then redownloaded, and it works, so far.
I have the same problem. Hissing audio throughout the Hide episode.
Turning off Dolby fixed it......
Improperly encoded? What about a permanent fix?
My copy of Hide (Doctor Who, Season 7 part 2, has bad audio and I cannot delete and re-download. How do I fix this?
