I was switching the languages using option+command+space from japanese to Chinese to English. I think I accidently typed something in while changing languages, and this thing popped up. It seems like a native OS addon for the lanuage, not from any app. Here is an screenshot of this annoying thing:
It is the chinese IM candidate window. It should not normally be there if you have the US flag showing, but you must have typed some combination that left it hanging. Will it not go away? Try typing a number. Or just go to system preferences/language & text/input sources and temporarily deactivate the Chinese IM's and restart.
Is it part of Chrome? I don't use chrome, so I couldn't give any advice.
If it is part of the input sources, I'm not very versed in that, either, but there are a few around here that might know what it is.

I trying typing a number but this window is still thr. How do I deactive the Chinese IM window? I dont see the option avaliable for the language.

Surely you must be able to see it in the location which I told you. If not, your OS is really messed up.
