Find friends does not find my friend

Find friend entered but screen tells unable to locate.

Just started friends not maxed out

All screens open location etc.

Their name shows in friend list but after the trying to find trimmer ! It comes Bach unable to locate

Ther work fine on FaceTime

Troubleshooting giving no new help
