i´m not alloved to write anything after writing in the commands and pressing Enter. What should i do?

When you enter the first command using sudo you are prompted to enter your admin password. Carefully type in your password and press RETURN. What you type at the keyboard will not be echoed to the screen.

I suggest you not try to write the command lines. Just copy them from the page and paste them into the Terminal's window.
