I cannot authorize my new Macbook Pro, I can't deauthorize my old computer; I don't have the authorize/deauthorize button on my account. I created a new Apple ID hoping this would fix the problem, but didn't realize I now do not have access to my music!

So, I bought a new Macbook Pro which i cannot authorize my itunes for. I don't even have the button indicated in the support section to authorize or deauthorize. I only have one device authorized to my account. I cant remember my security questions and cannot figure out how to change them; I think this might be the reason why i can't authorize my new device. The only way to access my itunes from my Mac is to have my iphone plugged in. Someone please help! I am a complete tard and would like to avoid a trip to the actual Apple store.
