Can you transfer videos from iPad to DVD or pc

You can't transfer videos from iPad to DVD directly.

However you can transfer videos from iPad to PC first, then burn the videos onto DVDs on your PC.

Videos you took with your iPad or created on your iPad can be transferred to your computer by using the application on your computer used to download photos and videos from your camera. That application will recognize your iPad as a camera.

On a Mac the iPhoto application or Image Capture will do the job. Sorry but I don't know specifically which app you should use on a PC.

Most CD/DVD burning programs have a video option. Once they're on your comptuer, import those video files into the burning program and it shoudl make the dvd for you.

Roxio is one common program, if you have windows 8, CD Burner XP is one of the few cd/dvd burning programs that are for windows 8

As other users have said there are various ways of transferring DVDs via your PC. However you will quickly fill up your ipad. Another solution is to store your films on an SD card and transfer them as needed direct to your iPad using an adapter - http://www.ipaddvdtransfer.co.uk/

I think Roxio is a little bit expensive

there are many software which are with better prices and can do the job.
