I checked my iPod recently and it told me i have 1.7 giga byte of memory left even though i cleared my photo roll most of the way and i have 50 videos and 35 pics.
I have around 12 giga bytes of apps. Do i have to sync to the computer again? Or is it really low? Thanks for any good answers!!!

What capacity iPod do you have?
Either i need to sync my ipod or the memory is low. 32 gb
Connect the iPod to your computer and look at the storage used by the various categories as shown in the colored bargarph in iTunes.
Come back with the results.
An "other" larger than about 1 1/2 GB usually indicates that the "other" includes corrupted files. Usually restoring from backup eliminated the corrupted files. However, sometimes restoring to factory settings/new iPod is required.

I connected it to my computer pressed sync and memory went down. Thanks!!! I guess it thought i had more apps and photos.
