Network Utility.app Lookup and Opposite IP Address

Trying "192.168.1.4.in-addr.arpa"
Host 4.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa. ( <-- This is as well an example number and not exactly what I'm getting . )
Received 108 bytes from 192.168.1.1#53 in 533 ms

The problem here is the Internet Protocol Address looked up , 192.168.1.4 , is returning the exact opposite IP Address , which is 4.1.168.192 .
