Cnnecting Tiger with a Samsung Android phone having DUN Bluetooth

I have a old Power PC having Tiger. I wish to connect my Samsung Android phone having DUN Bluetooth with the mac to be able to connect to the internet. My mobile telephone operator asked me to install the Internet Connection Manager from Samsung on the mac. However I did not find one for Tiger listed on the Samsung site. Then I read about using DUN bluetooth to connect to the internet. My phone has that. I configured the tiger and specified WWAN Support in the bluetooth modem. If I try connecting, it shows me a modem error. Can somebody pls let me know a way to connect my phone with my mac to connect to the internet? What settings in the phone do I need to make? Its urgent!

PowerBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
