Subj Itunes - Itunes Match Trouble???

I have two pc's and an ipad2 and was having issues with playing my songs. About 1900 of which 1500 are from my CD collection and balance purchased via Itunes. Cannot access anything but last song purchased. Bought Itunes match yesterday and other two devices okay. This PC is newest and should be okay as well.

Any advice? Does it take 24 hours? is there a wait time?
