Q: visual voicemail iphone 4 won't enable its on my plan why don't I get any notifications

visual voicemail on my iphone 4s won't enable, it is included on my plan but I don't have an option for it and I don't even get any notifications when I get a voicemail??? Please help I am getting frusterated.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Voicemail is a carrier feature and must be properly provisioned on your account to appear/work properly. That support article directed you to contact your carrier to insure that such is properly provisioned on your account. Have you done so?
