I have lost the ring that I down loaded from the Itunes store how do I get them back?

Q: i have lost all my ringing tones
Ringtones are currently a one-time only download from the store. Do you have copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or on a backup of your downloads that you can use to sync back to your phone ?
