It's sent when someone was trying to use your Apple ID to purchasing some items . If you didn't do this, your account will supsend.

I want to know if this is real or a phishing scam, because if its real i gotta verify my info, and if not i dont want to be scammed...

There isnt an area here for email related so i didnt know where else to put this :/

Definitely a scam, do not respond to it...that address supportapple.com is fake.

I checked and created a new apple ID, the real email comes from appleid@id.apple.com

Subject: Plеase vеrify aссount information for your Applе .

Looks like applleid.com - misspelled apple is also trying to phish

Definitely phishing scam, been going around the past few weeks...DO NOT respond to it.

Instead of replying to that email, contact Apple Support Canada directly at the number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and get their help in checking if they did send you an email. Apple usually does not do this kind of thing so it is best to check directly with Apple.
