Moving from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2013 MacMini

Hi Guys,

I'm in the process of changing PC in my office for MacMini as with other Apple computers at home it will be easier for me to do my work more efficiently. And without system crashes all the time. And with full integration with my iPhone - you know the deal.

There is however a slight glitch - as I live on my Outlook I need to find a way to export all Sent Items and all Inbox items from Outlook 2007 (PC) and place them in the Sent Items on my Outlook 2013 (Mac). On a PC the proces would be to copy some certain files and place them in the Program Files/MS Office/etc. Have you got any ideas how to go about it?

I've been using POP3 on this account so there are no synced messages on the server I'm afraid. Also, the older e-mails have been deleted from the server due to capacity constraints.
