I can not set up an email account on my PC-Microsoft. I checked the box that this server uses SSL. It will not set up with that or POP3. How do I get an email account set up on my PC?

I can not set up an iCloud email account on my PC-Microsoft. I checked the box for SSL and tried POP3. But my computer will not check email in my icloud account. What can I do to correct this?
