Apr 22, 2013 8:44 AM in response to fireman41by jesterwylde, not sure about that error message. It might be good to contact AppleCare to have them take a look at the account.
or you could send a message to the iTunes store support. In that case:
1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually
Good luck

Apr 22, 2013 9:38 AM in response to fireman41by freiler2000,Check in both devices in settings>itunes & appstores which apple id's are signed in (on both iphones) and check whether the apps you are trying to install were not downloaded by the other apple id first.
