Hi Im facing problem in updating my billing info even if i put correct info of my credit or debit card number I cannot download or update anything .everytime i update my info it shows error that i have to contact itunes. Plz suggest.

Have you tried contacting iTunes support at: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html they should be able to straighten this out for you.
