I click on download and instead of actually installing it, it says thank you for installing but it's not on my computer.

I'm having trouble installing Itunes. I click on download and instead of actually installing it or asking for more information, it says thank you for installing but it's not on my computer.

I'm having the same problem, the download is nowhere on my computer. I ran the trouble shooting steps, erased temp files, I can't uninstall becauses nothing is installed. I'm running windows ultimate 7 32 bit. Please help!!
