How to update AMD radeon hd 6750m

I have a Macbook Pro with Mountain Lion and Windows 7 x64 installed. I do not know if this is the right place for this question. I have Steam installed on my PC side and just bought Bioshock Infinite. When attempting to play it asks me to update my graphic driver. Both my mac and pc say my graphic driver is up to date. However, when I go to the AMD site and try to download the driver it matches it tells me that AMD Catalyst Mobility cannot be downloaded due to incompatible hardware/software on your computer. Your computer does not contain a proper graphics adapter. If anyone knows is this a problem with the graphics card, steam, or the game?

I know this is an OLD thread, but I have been having the same issue, so just in case someone else, like myself, comes across this forum thread I'd like there to be somewhat of an answer. I found this page on AMD's site here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/bootcamp where you can download the latest bootcamp driver's for your respective version of Windows. It fixed my problems and now things are running smoothly and my software isn't constantly reminding me I have outdated drivers.

No thats not what I mean. I don't have the AMD GPU in my machine, mine has a NVIDIA chip and in my Windows 7 Bootcamp I have a NVIDIA software that I use to manage my graphics. Within this program I can update the drivers. This program on your machine would be available in the applications taskbar at the bottom right of the screen when booted to your Windows partition.

Hi Jedikitty,

I hate to see you get stuck here with bad advice so I'm going to help you out. I have the same system as you and re-encounter this whenever I reinstall my windows partition. It seems Apple has no interest in giving us official updates since 2011 so we're left hanging.

For the AMD Radeon HD 6750M chipset on the Early '11 MBP we're blocked from updating or installing gpu drivers using the main driver package or the "AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver Verification Tool".

But there is a solution, you'll have to completely clean the ATI drivers from Windows and apparently install AMD's Beta driver.
