Connecting iPad to Samsung phone

I have a Samsung 1900T and want to be able to use as a hotspot when I am away from home when using my iPad.

I have turned the Mobile Ap on but dont know what I should do to connect to the iPad. It asks for a Network but dont know what to put in. I am with xtra. Thanks

Thank you. After reading this I looked into it further on my phone and discovered the network and password and how to setup my iPad. All sorted now Thanks.
