iChat doesn't have independent volume control?

I've heard the argument, you don't need volume control for a phone. Fine. But sometimes, I like to have iChat on in the background. My girlfrined and I will sorta hang out in this way. But sometimes she will get on a phone call, and I need to turn her down without turning down my music, or Logic, or Final Cut. Why doesn't Apple see the wisdom in such a simple feature?

Hi,

Can you log in here (Apple Support Profile) with your current Password ?

If you can scroll down to the Personal Information and chose the Edit option.

This is turn will take you to the Apple ID page.

You should be able to Add an Alternative email.

You should also be able to access the menu on the left to change the Security Questions.

HI,

On the Apple Support Profile Page - in the section about Personal Info - is the email address editable by itself ?

Some Items on this page used to be available to edit for me and one of those was the email.

It was how I changed the email my notifications came from Apple.

For me currently on the "Change Password" can be edited from that page (although that jumps to the Apple ID page).

It seems Apple have changed the way these two pages interact effectively blocking users making some changes.

On your Apple ID page you are seeing the Yahoo email as the Apple ID and the Google one as the Primary email ?

Do you have the box to change the Primary email to the Apple ID ?

If you do not you will have to contact iTunes Support

Start here

follow the link to the "Contact iTune Store Support"

Always chose the Manage Account options across each page.

Eventually you will get an email Link.

You can then ask them to change things or at least send you the info to your current email.
