This procedure to ignore a software update is NOT working for me. The "show details" prompt does not appears & the software name is UNselectable. How can I get rid of this unwanted update?

The software update keeps trying to update my old Epson printer software. I NO longer have that printer. The directions for how to ignore a software update do not work for me. The "show details" prompt does NOT appear and the epson printer software name is Not selectable.

I have tried deleting the old Epson software from my computer and as near as I can tell it is gone. BUT the software updater keeps askign me to update it anyhow...
